Why Intero Exists
Intero Leadership was created to help people become more whole in how they lead, communicate, relate, and show up.
Born from the work of Better Man Conference and Better Man Movement, Intero gives us a broader home for the work ahead. Our roots are still here: thousands of coaching conversations, 17 leadership conferences, and years of helping people face the patterns that shape their lives and leadership.
The work has scaled, demanding a higher context.
What started with men and healthy masculinity now demands health humanity. A style of leadership that leaves nobody behind. This can only be accomplished if leaders, both men and women, bring their whole selves forward.
